D-Tangent does the impossible as they predict the 2017 Dallas Cowboys season. With the news of Zeke’s suspension being put under limbo, and for perhaps the entire season, anything is possible. Dak is special and will likely not experience a sophomore slump, but with a more challenging schedule this year, and a seasons worth of tape, its going to be a difficult season for him. There are expectations now…
Kenton has a probable expectation of 9-7 for the Cowboys, and possibly 10-6 this season. Ben has an improbable expectation 9-7 because he has them going 0-5 to start the season, and 7-0 to end the season.

Ep. 58 Dallas Cowboys 2017 Season Predictions

D-Tangent dives into one last look of last season that was a total disaster…Ruff is gone and the team has to change in direction. Coming off of one of the best seasons the Stars have had in some time, there are so many questions as to why we failed so badly last season. Even though its time to move past it we still have to learn from the failures of this year and consider them learning tools, and there is a lot to learn from here since it was the 2nd worst team in Stars history while being in Dallas.

Ep. 59 Dallas Stars 2016-17 One Last Look At The Brutal Stats

The best way to ease the wounds from coming off a brutal season, is to have an excellent offseason, thanks to Jim Nill. The huge coaching change in bring back local favorite, Ken Hitchcock to change the direction of things from the bench. His presence here in Dallas brings the defensive mind that this team has needed since he left, as well as the influence to bring players like Marc Methot to the blue-line. Also, we add great experience on offense with the additions of Alex Radulov and Martin Hanzal. The biggest player add is certainly the dominate goaltending abilities of Big Ben Bishop.

In case you missed it, here is the Dallas Stars draft recap. This draft hopefully ends up being an A grade, but you never know. Definitely a well rounded group of players that will be coming up through the Stars system for a few years. Although you wont see them around Dallas for sometime its still nice to get to know these guys and watch their careers develop.
