Did you ever watch your plant grow a new leaf? Do you even ever have a plant? 
Do you ever see the lightning directly in real time or feel the warmth of sunrise standing against a city suburb when walls of concrete are towering high above, the sun leaks snitching bright through the smog, trying to melt it like the rain melts last spring snow. 

Life is passing lightning fast. 

If a monolith falls over in the desert for no one to see or hear it, did it ever really happen?
