District 23 was founded during the war on the way to Kyiv from Mariupol. The name comes from the neighborhood in Mariupol where the founder lived. Its goal is to preserve and continue musical work in these difficult times. The founder of the label, Yevhen Shevchuk aka Decorodi, believes that electronic music is a whole universe that is imbued with diversity and countless possibilities that must be used correctly. Electronic music is of great importance and influence in our century. Therefore, the newly created label acts as the first stone in the foundation of the memories of home.
