Hailing from Birmingham AL, SaMacca has been a steadily rising force and tastemaker in the underground sound system music scene. Firmly believing the sound system is as much of a headliner as any act on the marquee, his selections are curated to toe the line between amplifier combustion and dubbed out bliss.

With Inspirations ranging from guitar fuzz pedals to record labels, Sam’s emphasis is always sound first. From sharing stages with international artists such as Bukkha, DE-TÜ, Kursk, and regional powerhouses like CØNTRA, Tunic, Dublink and Salty, SaMacca has firmly planted his dub roots in the American sound system culture zeitgeist. He has performed at venues as iconic as The Black Box in Denver, but continues to frequent sound system renegade gatherings with the heart of the underground calling

As the owner and operator of Murda One Sound System, SaMacca had had the honor to introduce sound system culture to many in Alabama and the South East. With community as a main focal point of his artistic endeavors, he hosts a weekly open deck event on Murda One to facilitate community growth and collaboration. With an emphasis on these principles, it has allowed Sam the privilege to share rooms with such heavy weight sounds as Headway HiFi, Spook Audio Sound System, Hi-Vi Sound System, and more.

Erald is a Greek-Albanian DJ, music producer, and sound designer based in Oslo, Norway. His primary sound moves between house, techno, and electro.

Outside of the club scene, he enjoys exploring other genres including old school hip-hop, trip-hop, disco, soul, funk, and jazz. His musical journey has also taken him across the globe, sharing his passion in regions such as Brazil, Latin America, and the Arab world.

As a producer, Erald released music under the alias IAN between 2013 and 2018. In 2017, he reached No. 14 on Beatport’s charts with the track Dark Side of Love. His next release, a techno single titled Atlantis, is set to drop on May 9th. The track is named after the Intellijel Atlantis synthesizer, a modern clone of the classic Roland SH-101.

Since 2020, Erald has been active as a sound designer, creating over 30 sample libraries. His work spans VST presets, analog synth sample packs, foley recordings, and experimental field recordings.
