The single "Ride or Die" was written by Darien. It was written about his fiancé Natalie, who he has been with for 3 years, and it is also a tribute to Legendary Hip-Hop Artist Tupac Shakur using verses from his songs "Hail Mary" and "Playa Cardz."  Ride or Die is about everything they've through to this very moment and how their love has never changed. True meaning of a Ride Or Die is being there for the good and the bad.

V is an EP with three songs written by Darien a.k.a. D-Reezy.  The three songs talk about situations in life and having the motivation to keep going while having Faith in God. The song Destiny is a Pre-Released to Darien's current project Past, Present & Future which will be released to iTunes, and Google Play Music later on this year, but for now it is Stream only. The song Keep Ya Head Up pays two tributes to The Five Stairsteps and Tupac Shakur, as featured artist Imani Gold sings "Ooh Child" in the bridge of the song and as Darien lays the same concept of 2pac's song Keep Ya Head Up back in the 90s. The song Triumph is a Victory Anthem, claiming that any situation you face is already won with God. The Lyrics speak for themselves but Reezy talks about his past relationships struggles and how they've impacted his life. But he feels so confident in himself that he'll bounce back, and overcome his moments of depression by writing music to get known. Referring himself as a Starboy.
