Annie's Piano

Using musical instruments to portray things we see, is not a new phenomenon, but I really love the pictures music can conjure up in your minds eye. In this case I went for a storm brewing, with lightning & then light rain. I recorded this piano & then used the sides & frame to generate thunder noises. A heavy use of reverb, helped add the final illusion of a storm.

Taking things back to a classic PS3 title. Hard to believe it's already over 10 years since this game has first launched. For those who have been subscribed to me since the inception of my channel, you might remember that I actually covered this back in 2011 in a Heavy Rain Piano Suite video. So...there are potentially multiple layers of nostalgia here!

Here's my most recent interpretation of "Painful Memories" from Heavy Rain.
