Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Lancelot is the latest in a line of talented musicians to join the Anjunadeep roster. His debut release on the label, "Givin' It Up / Make Ends Meet" set the blogosphere alight and has been supported by everyone from T. Williams and Danny Howard to Tensnake and The Magician. 

In fact MK, fresh from his unstoppable UK #1 single, loved "Givin' It Up" so much that he found the time in his hectic schedule to turn out a remix. Built around the swirling vocals of Antony & Cleopatra, his mix is a masterclass in groove, blending shuffling percussion with an infectious yet subtle piano refrain to create a true retro gem. Reminiscent of the classic 90s piano house sound that MK himself helped pioneer, it's easy to see why he's one of dance music's most exciting artists right now.

Isaac Tichauer and DJ Nibc take their remix down an equally retro, but altogether different path, channelling breakbeat influences in a ravey piano number. A surging piano riff drives the track through to an old school breakdown straight out of 1992, complete with melodic stabs, syncopated drums and of course the infectious vocal. 

Rounding off the package in style are UK up and comers Panda. Fresh from releases on Cool Kid Music and Sound of Sumo, they bring their contemporary bass heavy sound to the original. Once again the irresistible vocal leads the way, accompanied by bouncy piano stabs and a potent bassline.

Lancelot feat. Antony & Cleopatra - Givin' It Up (Isaac Tichauer & Nibc remix)

We’ve been waiting a while for Brazilian producer Danny Loko to roll up on Anjunadeep again after his remix of Komytea’s ‘Electro House Is Dead’ a couple of years back. He might have kept us waiting, but it’s been well worth it as his new track ‘Coastal’ takes centre stage.

The Original Mix is a blissful, almost spiritual prog track, with a soothing sequence of synths almost reminiscent of Behind The Sun-era Chicane, and should become an essential piece of twilight listening. The Stripped Down Mix delivers another masterclass into how to bottle up memories of an unforgettable summer and wrap them inside a delightfully dreamy swirl of sound. Let’s hope for lots, lots more where this came from.

Already a favourite, Eelke Kleijn’s remix featured on the 'Anjunadeep:03' compilation. With its bass guitar groove and more generous use of the evocative echoes of the original’s warm guitar twang, is the mix of choice if you’re looking for more of a made-for-the-floor number.

Following on from “You Would / Mad Dog”, their impressive debut Anjunadeep release, emerging Italian producers Thomas Schwartz & Fausto Fanizza return to the label with a three track EP, showcasing their masterful melodic touch.

A much sought after track ID from a recent James Grant mix, A-side “Kirk” is a prime example of Thomas and Fausto’s deep, brooding sound. Warm bass is intertwined with stuttering vocal snippets and subtle rising melodies in this gorgeous slow burner.

“This World” sees Schwarz and Fanizza delve deeper still. Pulsating low end builds towards a mesmeric breakdown, full of cascading chimes, atmospheric textures and ethereal vocals. Harking back to the classic Anjunadeep styles of Michael Cassette and Paul Keeley, whilst harnessing the modern label sound, it was an instant favourite at Anjuna HQ.

Showcasing a tougher edge to their repertoire, “Tomahawk” is packed with dark, moody bass notes and pitched down vocal cuts to create a proper peak-time roller. Their trademark melodic touch comes to the fore in another memorable finale.

Finnish finesse features in boundless energy through the effervescent sounds of Movement Machina. A rising star in the dance music firmament finds a sprinkling of stardust at the inception of a glittering Anjuna career. Taking "No for an Answer", organic and synthetic blend in a whirlpool of melodic counterpoint. The sun shines brightly lighting up a coruscating arpeggio sequence as hypnotic and eloquent as the eddying current in their kaleidoscopic colour of refracted movement. Cerulean blue skies find a place in the "Real Regal"; delays shimmer in the glistening azure ocean, their tessellate array casting infinitely shifting patterns through glassy waters as filtered melody revels in analogue mutability.

Having introduced acts like Theo Kottis, Luttrell and Tontario to the label since launching in early 2016, the Explorations series returns for the third time, welcoming four new artists to Anjunadeep.

Opening the EP is Belgian producer Compuphonic, who has made a name for himself over the past decade with popular releases on Exploited, Get Physical and Turbo. ‘Island Flutter’ sees him at his melodic best, weaving arpeggiated melodies around a warm textured groove.

French duo and Traum Schallplatten affiliates Antoine Rigail and Fabien Garcia a.k.a We Need Cracks debut with ‘Blue Danube’, a favourite from last years iTunes #1 compilation ‘Anjunadeep 08’ where it was reworked by mixers James Grant & Jody Wisternoff themselves.

Russian talent Modd delivers a stripped back dancefloor moment in ‘Inki’, an intricate blend of delicate soundscapes and subtle melodies.

Closing the EP are UK duo Fluida, fresh from a string of acclaimed releases on Fatboy Slim’s Southern Fried imprint. ‘Not Alone’ showcases their impressive multi-instrumentation alongside deft vocals and trademark hangdrum sounds.

Following a statement Anjunadeep debut with 2016's 'Over Clouds' EP, Germany's Koelle makes a welcome return to the label with four track EP 'Another Land'. 

First up title track and emotive deep cut 'Another Land'; a familiar moment from the label's recent iTunes dance #1 album 'Anjunadeep 08', given a special Deep 08 edit by Anjuna stalwart Jody Wisternoff and label boss James Grant; also featuring as the closing track on the package. Maintaining the momentum, another Deep 08 favourite, textured percussive cut 'Last Words'. Lastly, 'The Void', a quirky melodic groover layering delicate keys and vocal chants alongside a chugging bassline groove.
