The HUNGER never reached Papyrus, despite it's effect on Papyrus' SOUL. This is because he's never truly acting the way he should. He pretends everything is fine, pretends that the town of Snowdin is just as happy and grand as it's always been.

If you manage to awaken him from his 'dream', his fake, mind-induced reality, he will no longer be Papyrus, but the broken vessel in which the HUNGER has turned him into.

I think Undertale Beta Theme is supposed for the next part but... I am having difficulties implementing it.
