This is the brand new mix series that I've spent a lot of time finding tunes for and naturally finding the right blends to create an amazing listening experience for all who listen. You are probably wondering what are Motorway Riddims? These riddims are sonically beautiful to the ears, riddims that have beautiful melodies, sounds and drums with an undertone of greeze. There's something about riddims like these that bring out emotions within yourself, this mix is for the people who have a drive home after the rave, long day at work or just don't know what to put on and want something easy to listen to.

I've made this mix simply for myself but I thought there might be other people out there like me who love this sort of music but haven't heard and mix solely dedicated to this type of dubstep

This year I had the distinct honor of being the first DJ of the year for the Sebastopol Ecstatic Dance in Northern California. Coincidentally, many years ago, I helped start the Sebastopol Ecstatic Dance with some of my dearest friends. I was the first DJ to play an Ecstatic Dance in Sebastopol. It was kind of a homecoming for me as I love the Ecstatic Dance format, but haven't been playing in this world for a while... since my 3 year tour with Wanderlust Festival which ended a while back.

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy this set I put together and dance through the journey I offered to the amazing room of dancers and friends. Thank you, Loi for keeping the flame alive. ;)

Soul Deep & Smooth N Groove are honored to share the mixes from the big fundraiser event on March 28-29th. It was a truly incredible day of immensely talented deejays and producers mixing tunes to perfection, all in the name of charity. The money raised from the event was given to deejays who rely on gigging to make a living. Due to the cancellation of all their gigs, their financial situations were made extremely difficult. We saw an opportunity to help bring the D&B community together to help support their beloved producers, and they showed up in a BIG way!

The next two featured mixes are by Jazzsticks’s own, Paul SG, and master, and the Liquid master from the USA, Random Movement. These two veteran deejays have provided some serious vibes for your isolation enjoyment. We’d like to send a special thanks out to all the deejays who participated in the event by sending in your superb mixes. We’d also like to thank all of the all the amazing fans who donated their hard earned money to the cause. You guys really showed how much you love and appreciate the deejays that you follow. For that, we are very grateful. We’d also like to thank the chat room crew, many of which were in the chat room for the whole 2 day, 23 hour marathon of music. You guys share our passion for the music we love, and you made the event a very memorable one.

The event left such a lasting impression on us, and our listeners, that we’ve decided to do another Future Sounds Ratio – Artist Fundraiser in the very near future. Please look out for our posts and lock in for some great music and positive vibes, that will help in these uncertain times.
