BERNY (Duro, Phisica, Internasjonal) first came into the public domain with his smash hit 'Shplatten' back in 2010 on Luca Ricci's label Aenaria Recordings. The track rocked all clubs and festivals around the world thanks to the support of Richie Hawtin and Marco Carola and gave Berny a well-deserved international reputation.

Berny is an artist truly absorbed with the range of sonic possibilities. A producer not content with existing within the realms of House and Techno but one that is determined to further stretch its limits with his characteristic 'Deep', 'Dark Disco', and 'Jacking' signature sound. In the last 13 years, Berny remixed and produced with artists like Marshall Jefferson, Robert Owens, Giorgia Angiuli, and Funk D'Void, continuing to forge his own path into the future, with no need to follow the latest musical fads, fired by his passion and willpower to reach his goals and realise his dreams.

Living between Italy and Berlin where he regularly plays in clubs like Sisyphos, KaterBlau, Ritter Butzke, and Golden Gate, Berny's global touring schedule continues to broaden with India & Asia Tours in 2014/2016/2018/2019, touching clubs like Womb in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Seoul, Singapore, Bangkok, and Kuala Lumpur and parties like Jungle Experience in Thailand in 2016 where he played in front of 5000 people and his recent debuts in 2018 in Fabric and Ministry Of Sound in London together with amazing Sula Festival in India and Macki Festival in Paris.

After the pandemic, Berny revolutionized his style and his musical path and is now associated with the renowned podcast series IN DARK WE TRUST. Now the series is also a label (IDWT) and a party brand. In 2022 a global IDWT showcase Tour started touching Mexico, Colombia, Paris, Madrid, and Berlin, expect more dates in 2023 all around Europe!

Berny's inner strength and self-belief have shaped his engaging personality and helped him grow into the DJ and producer that he is today, releasing and playing exceptional music purely for lovers and people who dance and wanna celebrate life.

On Sunday 12th of February, 2006, I recorded an all vinyl set of a bunch of records I was digging at the time. At the time my boyfriend was away, and I was kind of lonely but also energized, and It captured perfectly my mood. So I recorded the set on two turntables at home, then burnt the set to about 50 CDs and left them everywhere I had connected with that day. So I left one at L'eu A La Bouche cafe on Broadway Market (London), one on the 55 Bus, sent one to my mum because I spoke to her that day, etc etc. Anyone I connected with that day, or the places I went to, received a little capsule of that time. 
Somehow, I still have the file, and still listen to it from time to time, so I'm uploading it here, on Sunday 11th of February, 2024, as a memory of 18 years ago. 

The image is of me around that time (I think), taken by Katie Kaars.
