The inspiration struck on New Year’s Eve 2024—during a tense and unforgettable moment at the roulette table. That night, Boris and his friends were reminded that luck doesn’t always play fair. What ended without harm could’ve easily taken a darker turn. And that exact tension is what “16 Red Even” captures so powerfully.
Musically, the track is unmistakably Boris: a haunting lead melody, a steadily building arrangement, and that punchy kick paired with a rolling bassline. It’s already a crowd favorite at his live shows—and just as gripping for late-night drives or headphones.
This release holds a special place in Boris’s heart. That’s why he created a stunning music video to go with it—inviting viewers into a surreal, cinematic world where glamorous gambling nights don’t always end in celebration. In the video, Boris appears as the Joker, acting as the croupier while his friend Jakob goes all in—on the wrong bet. A fictional story, sure, but one that might just hit a little too close to home for those who were there that night...

So i changed the piano to harp and added some atmosphere and strings.

Renowned German DJ and producer ​Boris Brejcha has unveiled his hotly anticipated new album ​Space Diver,​ out​ 24th January​ via ​Ultra Music​.
SpaceDiveri​sanemotionally-charged,ten-trackjourney,with​Brejchamasterfully guiding the listener through an array of terrain. No fewer than three tracks from the LP have already been released as singles: there’s the hypnotic, recently released

‘Lieblingsmensch’​, trance-inflicted ​‘Never Look Back’ and melodic techno roller ‘Gravity’​, which features the vocals of Berlin-based singer-songwriter ​Laura Korinth​. Things are then closed out with ​‘To The Moon And Back’​, an expertly-crafted slice of what Brejcha refers to as ​‘High-Tech Minimal’​, with the album finding that sweet spot between energetic club cuts and relaxed home listening.
Having completed a North American tour and played at a slew of Ibiza parties across 2019, ​Brejcha shows no signs of taking his foot off the gas in 2020, with festival slots at ​OFFSonar​, ​Exit Festival​ and ​Docklands​ all lined up for the next few months.
