Years can be wasted staying stuck in the relationship triangle of frustration, self-pity or believing you can fix them. When you finally realize that the only way to move forward is to completely cut them out of your life forever you are on the first steps to freedom. Expressing the anger you feel from all the abuse and time wasted is the first step to healing. Hope this song can help you to feel it’s okay to be angry.

Well i have been promising myself for some time now to have a mid life crises, but i fear i may have left it too late because I'm probably TOO OLD  to have a mid life crises, so instead i wrote a song that to my mind and from Observing my friend who was young enough to  had a midlife crises i think this song encompasses most of the elements associated with a Male Mid life crises, if i have left any out please let me know and i can add them in ...ha ha
