Depeche Mode’s Precious is a timeless record that captures the best of Depeche Mode’s sound and distinct electronic soundscapes. Dave Gahan creates an atmosphere and mood all on his own with his voice.  I wanted to create a remix that highlighted the amazing vocal part while creating a silky groove underneath.  I think the added acoustic guitar and bells add natural color to the mix and compliment the sincerity of the lyrics.

Dean O'Rourke & Gary McMullan a.k.a DAG_System, an upcoming DJ duo, two brothers from Belfast with a huge passion for EDM, formed in August 2010
after purchasing their first set of decks & mixer... the Pioneer CDJ 400's & DJM 400 mixer.

After years of being fans and listening to all types of electronic music  & also
being avid clubbers at many events in Belfast, the brothers decided it was time to step it up a notch and start DJing themselves.
Within 3 months of mixing the boys got their first club gig at Quest House on the 20th Novemeber 2010 warming up for the legendary X-Ray and Irish DJ/Producer Paul Webster.
Since then they have warmed up for the likes of Stoneface & Terminal, Estiva, Above & Beyond, Walsh & McAuley, Heatbeat to name a few. With 2014 well and truly underway, they are now looking more into the production side of thing also.
