To Be A Star

Often compared to a mix of Band of Horses and Kings of Leon with a side of At-the-Drive-In and Sunny Day Real Estate, Harding courageously blends the rock sound of yesteryear with the indomitable spirit of 90’s and mid 2000’s Independent Rock. In past projects, Dagan has shared the stage with Peter Bjorn and John, Sam Roberts, DFA 1975 and City and Colour to name a few. He composes and arranges on guitar and turns his voice and words into rawly-melodic biographical "yell-stories", whilst visiting genres from 90s grunge and Indie pop. Harding’s EP I LEARNED HOW is out now via Grind Central Records and features Surf Dad’s and co-producer, engineer and world class drummer, Chris Dimas (Bleeker). The EP also feature guest vocalist Nick Faye from Nick Faye and the Deputies, Andrea Hedlund from the Regina Symphony Orchestra, Gage McGuire from Surf Dad’s and Blue Youth, and Jon Wolfond from Blue Youth. The release of I Learned How received American College and commercial radio placements, including making the legendary DJ Rodney Bingenheimer’s “New Cuts” Charts. I Learned How was also long listed for Saskmusic’s Best Album’s of 2018 and received an exclusive feature by Exclaim. I Learned How also spend 5 months on CJTR community radio charts, peaking at number 1.
