Sorin Simon has always been attracted to music and it all started in his childhood
home of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, where he took piano lessons while still in school.

 in 2017 Sorin moved definitively to London where he started
playing different underground events all around London. A year later, he signed to Vivus Records, an underground/independent and vinyl-only label from South Germany. 

Sorin has played at multiple festivals both in Romania and abroad such as Monegros Desert Festival, Sonar Off in Spain, Back To The Wild and Electric Castle in Romania.

Thank you Sorin for this eclectic selection compostion, a real journey.

Baciu is a young DJ from Brasov, Romania. He started listening to minimal music in 2017 and mixing in 2018. He mostly played music only at private parties but he is now ready to take this a step further and make himself known to the public!

Since childhood, He has been drawn to the intensity provided by Drum & Bass Deep dub to other genres such as UK garage, funk/groove, and hip-hop. Since that time, the path to the music business has been growing toward the rominimal/minimal genre, which was introduced at the beginning of 2015.

Andi was inspired by the masters of this insane minimal idea such as Raresh, Herodot, Sepp, SIT, Rhadoo, but also from around the world: Ricardo Villalobos, Francesco del Garda, S.A.M., Seth Troxler. Since there is no better way to express the Romanian sound, we are very pleased to host our first Romanian guest and one of the country's finest talents. After making several podcasts and track releases on different labels, we asked the DJ and producer to do it a little differently this time. That is, we wanted to put him in the spotlights where he truly receives a platform for his great work. As a result, Straja made its podcast for Implimind solely relying on his own productions, making this week a little bit more special, due to the circumstances around the world. 

In his Implicit Mind Cast, he gives us the perfect chance to take a look into his head. This includes Straja's newest unreleased tracks in combination with some of his released tracks.
