DAILYCID 009  various artists EP  pulls together a fine selection of key names. These are LOST.ACT, FÆR, LOWRIS and DATA 17, all carefully A&Red by boss DJ W!LD and all excelling here. 

Opening up the EP is Russia’s LOST.ACT,  he offers ‘nOvall’, a funky bit of minimal house with clipped drums and slick percussive lines that are run through with some spooky and colourful chords that add real warmth. Fast emerging FÆR has  released on the likes of Ottavia in Spain and goes deeper and darker with his crisp loops and warped bass lines getting you into a state of hypnosis.  

Parisian minimal house hero and Aeternum Records boss LOWRIS shows off his skills again with an abstract, squelch number that is all about late night freakiness and creeping atmospheres that make you move, while last of all Mysterious DATA 17 completes the package with 30 And Ugly, a kinetic minimal house cut with golden chords, spoken word snippets and infectious drum programming for the cosiest and classiest dance floors out there.
