Michael B (IT) is an Italian DJ, producer, and remix artist. He is the host of the radio program B-Tronic, which airs on In Progress Radio. He has contracts with several record labels, including DEM Digital from Milan, Doubleinc Records from Perugia, Flybeats Dance Records from Cagliari, and Alveda Music from Thessaloniki. He is the founder of a radio show called B-Tronic, a weekly podcast that is broadcast on In Progress Radio in Amsterdam.
In 2024, thanks to one of his DJ sets featured in the Space Monkeys UK podcast, he reached the number one spot in the Mixcloud techno chart. The artist prepared an exclusive techno set, where he aimed to convey his dark side of creativity and the idea that techno is not just dance music, but a form of art capable of evoking deep emotions and unlocking new inner dimensions. Michael B DJ is an Italian disc jockey, producer, and remixer who began his career in 2006. Over the years, he has collaborated with various promoters, events, and radio stations, establishing a presence in the European electronic music scene. He has released several albums and compilations with different European record labels and has won several national contests. 
Michael B is also the creator of the radio program "B-Tronic," which airs on In Progress Radio. 

"I live in Este, a small and charming town in the province of Padua. It’s surrounded by the Euganean Hills and full of history. I love walking through its old streets, visiting the medieval castle, and enjoying the quiet beauty of the place. Este may be small, but it has a special soul, and I’m proud to call it home.

My DJ mix it’s a true vortex of rhythms. I poured all my passion and professionalism into it, crafting every transition and track selection with care. It’s more than just music, it’s a journey through the sounds I love the most.

In this DJ set, I wanted to include three lesser-known artists with strong identities. Nobrac stood out for his raw, direct sound, Thomas J Laren brought deep and melodic atmospheres, while Neagles delivered a solid and engaging groove. Three different voices, perfectly capturing the mood of the set."

Michael, nascido em dezembro de 1987, o italiano descobriu sua paixão pela música ainda criança, graças a um software de criação musical encontrado em uma caixa de cereal. Embora sonhasse em programar videogames, esse momento inesperado mudou sua trajetória para sempre.

Com dedicação, ele estudou música por meio de cursos, livros e tutoriais online. Conquistou reconhecimento ao vencer competições como o Emerging Contest 2013, o BNM Remix Contest e o prêmio de “Música do Mês” no site musicadigitale.net.

[EN] Michael, an Italian DJ, producer, and remixer, was born in December 1987. His passion for music began in childhood when he discovered a simple music-making software inside a cereal box—an unexpected gift that shifted his path away from his original dream of becoming a video game programmer.

Self-taught through courses, books, and online tutorials, Michael quickly made a name for himself by winning contests such as the Emerging Contest 2013, the BNM Remix Contest, and Song of the Month on musicadigitale.net.

These accomplishments led to five record deals with labels across Italy and Greece. His music has been distributed worldwide in both digital and physical formats. Known for his versatility, he has collaborated with Italian and international artists, exploring electronic music styles ranging from house to techno.

Since 2007, Michael has also been active as a DJ, performing at local events and on radio stations across Europe and beyond—including Pioneer DJ Radio (Ibiza), Kiss FM (Australia), and Eurobeat Radio (London). In 2016, he shifted his focus to radio, launching B-Tronic, a weekly podcast aired on In Progress Radio (Amsterdam), where he curates cutting-edge techno and progressive house tracks.

In 2024, his DJ set on the Space Monkeys UK podcast reached #1 on Mixcloud’s global techno chart—a surreal milestone in his career.
