imagine living in the countryside with your very own botanical garden. pretty cool, right? you’ve grown a beautiful magnolia, one you've cared for so much that it has become the biggest you've ever seen. now, imagine yourself entering a competition for the largest plant, and you need to water your plant one last time because tomorrow is the big day! you usually focus on your own emotions, but the day before the contest, try to listen to what your plant might be feeling.

i once paddled a big stretch of a river in a kayak. the route was average, every now and then there were stones and other obstacles that didn’t allow me a comfortable journey… at some point the route became so uncomfortable that i flipped over along with the kayak. i was under the water, and there i saw one of the most beautiful views. beautiful growths, currents creating bubbles, foam and clean sand. those few seconds were so beautiful that for a moment i wanted to be an impressionist. i want to capture that one moment for a bit longer.

you are at home, and at some point the thunder begins. quite loud. you look at the window and every second you witness the sky fading from its glow. you catch moments of violet stains in the sky. sit by the window, inside your quiet shelter, and start focusing on how those angry clouds sound as they try to release their stress. listen to what’s inside them,,, maybe that day they didn’t have a warm place.

you come back home tired, from a place thats become routine. with every step closer,, your bones grow softer and softer. , your apartment feels warm to you. you think only of greeting everyone, eating something, having a drink, and resting :] . is there a nicer feeling???? probably.but don’t deny yourself the pleasure of something so simple. don’t sabotage your own plans.
