Legacy Broken is a cinematic orchestral concept album that explores the psychological weight of legacy, family, and emotional silence. Blending restrained elegance with hypnotic minimalism, each track unfolds like a room in a haunted memory palace—echoes of conversations, legal inheritances, betrayals, and unresolved grief.

Muted strings, fractured piano motifs, trembling horns, and emotionally conflicted harmonic structures form a sonic language of unspoken tension and decaying tradition. The arrangements resist resolution, allowing silence, repetition, and space to carry as much meaning as melody.

This album is not just a score — it’s a portrait of inheritance, power, and the long shadows of memory. The finale song "Inheritance of Silence" concludes with a vocalized song about empty love, wealth and social responsibility.

كنت ذاهبًا للموتِ حين أوقفني المقاتلون، فتشوني فوجدوا قلبي معي، مرَّ وقتٌ طويلٌ لم يشاهدوا فيهِ قلبًا مع صاحبِهِ، صرخَ أحدُهُم: لا يزالَ حيًا، فقرروا أن يحكموا عليَّ بالحياة، كنتُ أرى نساءَ متشحاتٍ بالبياض يُشبهن الممرضات ولكنهنَّ يُحلقنَّ في الهواء، كانتْ حُقَنُ المورفين تأخذني إلى معاركَ من نوعٍ مختلفٍ، حيثُ الأشجارُ زرقاء، والمياهُ خضراء كالبرتقال، كنتُ أرى نساءَ متشحاتٍ بالبياض يرمقنني ويدخلنَّ في الغيابِ، كانتْ حُقَنُ المورفين تدخلني في الدهاليز التي تقع بين دمشقَ وستوكهولم، فأجدُ نفسي جالسًا بانتظار الباص، أفكرُ في بلادٍ يموتُ فيها الناسُ في فراشهم محاطين بالأهلِ، حيث لا يوجدُ إعلاناتٌ لكوكا كولا ولا صورٌ لنساءَ نحيلاتٍ عارياتٍ في كلِّ مكانٍ، أحلمُ أنَّني أُمسكُ قمرًا أزرقَ في يدي، وأنَّ الطريقَ خضراءَ، أنَّني أشربُ ماءً باردًا في تموزَ في شرفةِ شقةٍ تطلُّ على دمشقَ من جبلِ قاسيون، أنَّ قلبي معي، وأنَّ أصدقائي لا يزالون على قيدِ الحياةِ، أنَّنا سنلتقي مساءً في مطعمِ النورماندي، ثم سنتسكع في شوارع المدينة القديمةِ حين نُفلسُ، أنَّني جامحٌ والقصيدةُ تقفُ إلى جانبي ضدَّ التاريخ، أحلمُ بالنساء، يا الله كم أحبُّ النساءَ، لقد تعلمتُ من النساء أكثرَ مما تعلمتُ من المدارس، وتعلمتُ من الحربِ أكثرَ مما تعلمتُ من السلم، وأستطيعُ أنْ أؤكدَ لكم، أنَّ كثيرًا من الجنودِ يتحولون إلى مجرمي حربٍ، وكثيرًا من الشعراء يتحولون إلى مجرمي سلمٍ، وأنَّ الأخبارَ الجيدةَ في الحربِ هي أنْ لا يكونَ هناكَ أخبارٌ سيئةٌ، وأنَّ الذين خسروا الحربَ هم الذين ماتوا، من الطرفين، وأنَّ الحربَ في طفولتها ترضعُ دَمَ الجنودِ، وحين تكبرُ تشوي بساطيرهم على نارٍ هادئةٍ، وأنَّها تموتُ حينَ يعيشون.
