  Won the Best Jazz Record Of the Year in Japan for producing the critically acclaimed Jimmy Scott release Holding Back The Years.

Born in Key West, Florida. Dale holds a B.A. from Rutgers College. He has served as a Vice President , and a Branch  Manager at two music distribution companies before becoming the General Manager at AO! Records and the owner of Grace Note Audio. Currently the owner of Fractal Entertainment.
