“This was the first track of the album to be born, 'I See Miracles Everywhere', was inspired by a powerful moment of remembrance and connection. While biking on a full moon night along the coast of Barcelona, I suddenly felt overwhelmed by a strong emotion. It allowed me to open my heart and see the incredible beauty and miracles surrounding me. A small selection of themes from my score to Waterbyrd Filmz feature length documentary titled, Remembering The Man. 
At a prestigious Catholic boys school in Melbourne 1976, arty and flamboyant Tim Conigrave fell madly in love with John Caleo, the captain of the football team. Their operatic romance lasted for 16 years, facing disapproval, infidelity, separation, and the looming shadow of the grim reaper. Their relationship has been immortalized in Tim Conigrave's posthumous autobiography Holding the Man, which has been read and loved by millions worldwide. 

Journeying

it's not often that there's a lengthy action sequence in The Doctor Blake Mysteries and I.B. (Ian Barry; director) wanted this scene to have space and not 'going hard' from beginning to end. I think this was a good result using the musical palette of Blake.
