Hell Yes

This is my "solo" version of one of my better songs, edited for use as a calling card.  Written in 2010, right at the end of the "By the Numbers" sessions, this was originally recorded with all of the Usual Suspects singing lead.  This version still has Jon Mark, Jody, Dan, Ben, Chris & Andy doing vocals, but now they're doing the harmonies, while I sing all the leads.  This is my "Peace, Love & Happiness" anthem!

We're All In This Together

This little ditty goes out to everyone who's ever had to watch while the person they want most in the world falls in love with somebody else -- not that that's ever happened to me! ... ;-)  

This is my first original song recorded here in my new home studio (which I’m calling "The Cavern”).

If you listen with headphones, the acoustic guitar you hear on the left is my ridiculously expensive and wonderful Martin D-18 and the acoustic on the right is the Yamaha that Maggie gave me for my 60th birthday.  I started with my new Hammond organ, because I love it andI played the bass line with a Squire P-bass that I bought for $89 at Bone Island Music.

The incredibly-ridiculously-incomparable Jon Mark Lundell played the drums and sang one of the back-up “Didjya-Think-I”s. 

The rest is all me.  I guess I was channeling my inner Sydney Carton.  They say to write what you know.
