DJ Trax steps up with a blissed out musical journey with beautiful horns and pianos under rolling drums. This one takes you back to steamy evenings at The Mars Bar in Charing Cross for the legendary Speed nights. 
I was absolutely captivated by these sounds back in the mid 90's so it's absolutely right to showcase something from an artist like Trax who has been pioneering since the beginning.

Throbbing bass and skittering beats shuffle along with late 80's styled house stabs and vocals in this euphoric track from the Finnish maestros Aeon Four! 
I've been following what these guys have been doing for a while and this track really jumped out at me when I heard it. The perfect finale to this next EP, which will be out in early Summer.

For the first release on Dalston Chillies we bring you a couple of remixes from the King of the Jungle series by DJ Dextrous.

The A side, Time To Move (Ben Kei Remix) was made back in 2012 as a special for one night only, it caused a stir and ended up seeing play from the likes of Fracture, Om Unit and Machinedrum, who even put it in his Radio 1 Essential Mix. 

The B side, Rapid (Dwarde remix) takes the vocals and arpegiated riff from the original and twists them expertly with a serious drum workout. Rapid was the original B side to Time To Move so it was the obvious choice for the flip.

Volume 2 comes with 2 massive Tim Reaper collaborations. The first, Rubicon is with Canada based producer Comfort Zone and is the perfect blend of musicality and rugged beats.
The flip side sees Tim Reaper teaming up with his Globex partner in crime Dwarde for a soulful and funky slab of garage infused, bass heavy jungle rounding off a release filled with sunshine to welcome the summer.

The first digital release from Dalston Chillies Records sees an old Ben Kei track get a 2020 remaster as well as a remix from Fushara.

Ben Kei - Are you normal? was originally written in 2012 but has been given a polish for 2020. Inspired by the atmospheric rollers of PFM and the Good Looking guys, it's a smooth and musical roller.

Are you normal? - Fushara isn't normal remix brings a new twist with a nice play on the original's drums and distant echoes of heavier breaks and vocal parts drift in and out making this a blissed out experience from start to finish.

I've been playing this Greenleaf tune for about a year now and that slinky, sultry middle section gets me every time! Echoes of vocals and the funkiest of breakdowns over some truly junglistic beats makes this a sure fire hit on the dancefloor.

The Ben Kei remix is very symapthetic to the original, switching up the beats, basslines and pads but keeping that ever important mid section drop intact.
