The deep unknown series is a collection of releases where Architecture Recordings invites artists from around the globe to explore the full spectrum of drum and bass sound. The names of these special producers will remain unknown to the listener and they will only have access to the music exclusively. These unique releases will give a more in-depth approach to the “ARX” sound and focus solely on the musical concepts within each volume. The purpose of this project is to get back to the music!

We've hand picked some of the spiciest talents from the underground Jungle & DnB scene to put together a 14 track long player covering everything we love about the early to mid-90's Jungle & DnB sound. 

There's lots of styles on show here, from Jungle Techno through to Atmospheric and a lot in between. 

There's dancefloor smashers, uplifting vocal rinse outs, deep, meditative treats for your ears and soul. Expect cut up and mashed up beats, through to soothing, rolling rhythms. 

The full album drops on our Bandcamp on Monday 11th November 2024 and there will be some limited edition lathe cuts too for the collectors.

The original don and founder of the Odysee Label way back in 1994- Tilla Mirage steps forward for his first vinyl release on the label since the 90's! This E.P. is as heavyweight as one would expect from a member of the original St. Albans crew that comprised Jim & Phil from Source Direct and Tilla himself. A dark sinister breakbeat monster in Dark Rhodes, a classy 1970's Jazz Funk & OST inspired roller in Existence and finally a stunning Atmospheric track in Flawless to rival any of the original SD and Odysee B-Sides. Essential listening for any true Jungle fan!
