This EP was inspired by the Blade Runner movies, Phillip K. Dick’s book, and Vangelis’ music, infused with noir and cyberpunk overtones simulating a dystopian, high-tech decaying future.
I would like to wholeheartedly thank Oli and Damaru records for the continuous support and for being the portal to release my 2nd EP.

Extending my gratitude to Farhad for always being there for me and being a pillar in my musical journey from my infant steps.

Massive thanks to Ido for the stunning artwork and so beautifully capturing the concept of this EP and Lars Antagon for the diligent and powerful mastering of the tracks.

❖ About NOEIN ❖
NOEIN (νοεῖν) is a music project comprising an intransigently psychedelic medley of immersive soundscapes, timbral tranceformations, exuberant grains, ferocious noises, and a convergence of styles culminating in an auditory excitation.

The name derived from the Greek verb Noéō (νοέω) which means to perceive, to observe and describes the faculty of the human mind/ intellect (Nous) for understanding what’s true and real.

Behind the music is Haris Delta, originally from Hellas, residing in London England as of 2004.
An avid psytrance music collector since he encountered the scene in 1999, he started DJing a few years later, and formed the project in 2016.

Noein co-founded the newly formed DarkWeb Records and he’s also part of Catar Records and Freak Records and has played some of the big festivals like Masters of Puppets (Czech), Ocelotl (Mexico) and many parties across Europe, Costa Rica, and Israel.

In the last 6 years, he has released over 40 tracks with labels such as Darknox, Damaru, Discovalley, Lunatic Alien, Isotropic Sounds, Biijah, D-Noir, Shunyata records to name but a few, and his debut ep came out in May 2020. His 2nd EP is due out on Damaru records soon, followed by his 3rd EP on Catar records and is currently working 2 collaboration EPs as well.

Noein is also a founding member of the Peaking Duck Collective, a psytrance party organisation in London.

This VA combines all the musical influences that we had during the years. The range of style goes from psychedelic  to darkpsy to - of course - high tech.
The artwork has done by Mark Whelan. His paintings are always carried by the psychedelic culture and are very unique. The typographic was made by our old friend and supporter Simon Bach aka 13thKind. Thank you brothers!

During the last year, Antagon refined his own style of dark psychedelic trance which combines strong kicking bass drums with spacy alienated sounds, sharp cutted edges and intoxicating acid lines in a brilliant production. Eleven new and unreleased tracks from 148 to 175 bpm will catapult you into a dark and weird sphere of psychedelic music mastered by Tim Schuldt.

The Voyage is the 4th release and 3rd compilation from Damaru Records compiled by Ignis & Mitra. The compilation takes you on a long, intriguing, journey through the deepest darkest areas of the psyche. Strong deep basslines and fine tuned leads combine with awe inspiring atmosphere to take the listener on a journey that will most definitely not be forgotten. The compilation features all of Damaru’s experienced resident artists and some new friends working together faultlessly create a seamless, articulate production that highlights the fact that Damaru are a force to be reckoned with in the realm of night psychedelic trance.

Abstract Construct is the 5th release and 4th compilation from Damaru Records.
It’s compiled by DJ Lloyd Positivist from Wales.
The music takes you on a journey that is reflective of the spectrum that is night time psychedelia today and contains contributions from the very talented members of the Damaru family and some very special guests who are at the forefront of today's very diverse and cutting edge night time psychedelic scene.

The journey starts off in the forest and atmospheric environments and via a smooth transition, gradually increases tempo and power to the full power night time dancefloor, and finally finishing off with some grinding hi tech, brain disassembly and a hint of humour.

We hope you enjoy the experience that "Abstract Construct" has to offer. We really enjoyed putting it together and we hope that you love it as much as we do.
