Black Dahlia is a Sydney based electronic music project fusing elements of New Beat, EBM & Industrial. Along with live and DJ performances in her native Sydney, she has also released on labels such as Up North Records (Au), Deep Scan (Au), Insane Industry (Italy), Idlestates (Scotland), X-IMG (Berlin), and most recently her latest 10" Vinyl Release on Filmmaker's Body Musick (Colombia).

faux naif is based in London. She has previously held her own event series MIIM, curating sounds that showcase the underrepresented genres of EBM, Darkwave, Post Punk & Synth / Goth across the dancefloors of London.

A mix that sounds straight out of an 80's Industrial/New Beat club, Black Dahlia fuses retro sexuality with a dominant stomp in her work. Black Dahlia's aim of the game is to empower, entice, and strengthen those who listen.

The virus of One Flesh.Infektion.. appeared and transmitted in the filthy streets of Athens in a miserable days of violent alienation. The mysterious duo, combines dark electro low ends EBM charged taut mechanical techno rythms, through oscillating buzzing bassline rumbles and pulses unremittingly fueled by steady hard-hitting slashing off-tempo beats along with tinny percussive patterns, haunted by dramatic glaring synth strains making for a striking edgy metallic infection.

Her sets, rooted in dark wave, post-punk and metal, are the energetic, emotional mixture of EBM, industrial and techno.

For April episode, Entropy 熵 is excited to have @yearsofdenial as the special guest. Years of Denial will have their debut Asia live tour this coming June, with our 5 year anniversary party at @mihnclub Hong Kong as their first stop in Asia, followed by additional stops at Volnost Seoul, Loopy Hangzhou, and Elevator Shanghai. Their fresh new album on Veyl Records, Sucide Disco, is a masterfully combination of industrial music, Techno, and dark poetry. Their sound was once compared to something like Eurythmics meets Chris & Cosey with a techno twist. Unaffected by the current trend of fast bpm trance mxied with pop, Years of Denial's sound can be best described as slow, yet powerful and sexy, reminiscent of old school Berlin sound. Must not miss their rare performances in Asia this June!

Join us for an electrifying journey with Unconscious on the 211th episode of Suburban Mix.

Active in various scenes since the 90’s, from days as a grafitti artist, to the emergence of techno in Europe and buying his first Akai 950 and Atari ST-1040, Milan-based Andrea Riberti is a live artist and producer with his roots cemented in early rave culture, drawing from the wake of Post Punk, Industrial and Body Music. As a project, Unconscious surfaced in 2013 to further experiment within electronic music, acting as an outlet to communicate raw, post-industrial sounds.
Earlier works under the alias were aimed within the techno field, with traces of EBM, such as 2016’s “Codex Gigas” EP on Berlin-based Advanced, and 2017’s sophomore album “Chaos Theory” on Moscow based, NEN Records. Proceeding releases on SARIN’s X-MG, Marc Ash’s Blacksilk, Berlin-based Instruments of Discipline, AREA Z and Detriti Records, began to define an evolving course, closely identifying within a new wave of EBM, cutting raw and nostalgic sounds with sharp modernity.
Unconscious’ live and hybrid performances are aimed at the fully body, moving dancefloors with a charged and sonorous strain of dark electronics operating on the fringes of body techno, acid, wave and italo.
