Picture: Adana Twins showcases the Hamburg duos heavy production skills and finally unveils some long awaited gems that have had the Insta-sphere asking for track IDs for months. From laidback house vibes to soaring techno, the sixth instalment of the Picture series covers the artists full spectrum.

Diynamic Musics Picture: series is a document in time, showcasing an artists current creative output in order to allow the listener to visualise and understand the artist at a certain moment. It is not an album format, but far more than merely an EP. Picture: is various dancefloor-oriented facettes of one producer, shaping the imagery that ultimately results in the listeners mind.

The latest release from Tash's Movement Recordings welcomes Q.U.A.K.E and Aaron Suiss to the label for their debut EP. Hailing from Israel respectively, Asraf Netanel make up the Q.U.A.K.E project. His decade-long achievements of the project has seen Nati build an impressive resume, highlighted by releases on Freegrant Music and Iboga Records. Based in Thailand and a regular on Matan Caspi and Stan Kolev's Outta Limits imprint is Aaron Suiss. Since first appearing in 2019, his electric brand of progressive music has been earning favour with the genre's tastemakers, while also performing well in Beatport's competitive sales charts. Having worked together once previously on a remix for Chrom Recordings, Q.U.A.K.E and Aaron now unite for their first original project entitled 'Breathe', alongside remixes from Animal Picnic and Dizharmonia.

The companion piece 'Pateni' finds the trio exploring the astral techno sensibilities they've become so loved for. It's warm, pulsating groove is perfectly carved, flanked with tightly wound arps, percussive flurries and cosmic effects. A dark and ominous first act preludes a tranquil yet tense break, where kaleidoscopic lines rise to prominence, before tension filled modulation cues a powerful drop and driving finale.

Rafael Cerato is back with a special dance floor EP.

Rollers is a dark disco-ish peaktime track, with a rolling bassline and powerful percussions.

Freaky is a sexy-ish track, full of tension, emotional string but built for the dancefloor. We can recognize Rafaelʼs own vocals, his trademark.

This time we present a bit harder and darker EP, but we are still loyal to our sound policy in melodic house & techno. We are happy to release the super talented SPALAMP on Truesounds Music.

Their originals are more melodic techno, but high class productions and we are proud to have them.

The title track EXPLORE is a club banger peak time killer, outstanding track with an amazing vocal. We really miss the real club life with this one. We suppose that many DJs could play it.

The second track BEYOND has an opposite attitude. Dark, melancholic mental techno stuff. Amazing break, massive groove and a very simple, but professional melody as drive.

Big news: DANITO is on board with an excellent remix. He made a trippy deep melodic house tune for the title track Explore. It is also very unique in the genre.

The second remix is from NO DISTANCE, the guys made yet another amazing remix with their own signature melodic sound, wide synth riffs, deep basses and driving grooves.

Although a familiar face for regular Diynamic event attendees of the last years, it is only now that Innellea is having his actual Diynamic record label debut. Hosting the ninth edition of Diynamics Picture series, the Munich-based live-act, DJ and producer is bringing the influence of his melancholic club soundscapes that might best be described as a mix of cinematic and post-apocalyptic, combined with a very distinct novelty: using his own vocals. The result of this is an intimate listening experience, that hovers somewhere between wanting isolation and the desire to connect. Miss Monique returns with another of her high class singles, and this time the package on her label Siona Records includes a remix from Sean & Dee. Miss Monique is possibly the most recognised female Progressive House DJ in Europe and she continues to establish her fine label here with more gold.

City Nights, City Lights is a slick tune that brims with the sort of late night energy and neon lights you would expect given its title. Broad bass brings drama and the hustling and bustling drums keep things moving forward as the city narrative unfolds. Sean & Dee is an Italian DJ/producer duo based in Sorrento, Naples. They have a characteristic sound, combining influences of progressive house and techno and show that here with a remix which ups the ante, charges ahead and brings a Serengetis techno vibe. The drums are powerful, the synths are electric and the track will make a huge impact.

Ukrainian talent Cherry (UA) lands on Siona Records with three of his rugged techno-disco cuts. They have previously landed on the likes Disco Halal and once again here shoot you into outer space.

Mantra is a dazzling opener with sci-fi chords extending out to the heavens. It's the sort of track that will get hands in the air and lock the crowd in a groove. Himera then opens up with more scintillating synth designs, which are layered over sleek drums and make for a nice expansive atmosphere. Pifia then has a more dark and late night energy, with charging hits and exotic leads that are worldy and majestic.

Zoom Zoom Records race onto their next release with Tomy Wahl the man serving up the four tracks of goodness.

Hedra opens up with a haunting lead melody over crashing perc and driving beats. It's a dramatic tune with real texture and tension. Antieke then layers up tumbling drums, perc and driving bass sounds into a chunky groove that is perfectly loose, ethnic and hypnotic.

Macumba then keeps it more deep with the same style of perc but rich, rubbery bass powering along the tune as you get lost in the magic of the melodies. 

Mutacion del Porvenir rounds out with a twinkling sense of melody and surging synth and bass combos that takes you to the next dimension.

Escape by WAHM is the first Diynamic release of 2021, with the main theme being coalescence: reuniting with a long lost friend; finding inner peace, spirituality and equilibrium in times of turmoil; marrying traditional/retro elements with modern club settings by tapping into a plethora of fields and eras - from old Arabic love songs over 80s electric guitars to contemporary synths.
The result are four expertly crafted melodic indie dance tracks that feel like a storm that went through a porcelain store and laid out a beautiful mosaic.

WAHM, the duo behind this four track EP, are two childhood friends who left Casablanca on separate ways and years later have reconnected in Paris through music. Their backgrounds and what they experienced on their paths becomes palpable on this record.

The latest release from Tash's Movement Recordings welcomes Futur-E back to the label for his debut EP. As the Movement Recordings label manager, the Greek artist first appeared on the imprint in March of 2020 with a contribution to the 'Technical Progress, Vol.10' collection. With a career that now spans nearly a decade, Futur-E has compiled an impressive resume, landing releases on Mango Alley, MNL, Stellar Fountain and Traum, where his unique take on melodic house and techno has flourished. Now after starting the year with his first remix for Movement, Futur-E presents his long-awaited debut EP 'Angel' alongside remixes from Mononoid and Jonathan Reyes.

The second selection 'Penelope' surveys a similar design profile but with a further lean into melodic techno territory. Beginning with a warm yet punchy groove, the piece evolves with emerging arps, astral designs and layers of detailed percussion. The main break shifts the mood further into a symphonic headspace, tastefully blanketed with orchestral synth phrases and metallic designs, perfectly setting up a tight drop and techno inspired finale.
