1) PRODUTIVIDADE DAS VISITAS COMERCIAIS

Se antes da Pandemia os Representantes Comerciais conseguiam fazer 4 visitas diárias , hoje esse número facilmente subiu para 10. Isso se dá pela facilidade das reuniões por plataformas digitais. O tempo gasto com estrada, estacionamento e trânsito foi facilmente substituído por um simples LOGIN feito em um determinado horário pré-combinado entre as partes. Essa certamente é uma tendência e cenário para 2021 que veio para ficar;

2) CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL

Há economistas e cenaristas dizendo que 2021 será o ano da Construção Civil, porém, há também outra frente afirmando que haverá uma certa retração. A verdade é que tudo depende: se você trabalha com Galpão Industrial o cenário pode ser diferente de quem trabalha com Imóvel para Baixa renda, que também poderá ser diferente de quem trabalha com Imóveis para Alta Renda. O mesmo acontece se você trabalha na Capital de São Paulo ou em outras capitais. Não podemos generalizar , tudo dependerá da micro segmentação.

3) COMÉRCIO EXTERIOR

Muitos economistas dizem a respeito de uma certa estabilização da moeda frente ao mercado internacional. Mas hoje, de fato, existe uma bolha gigantesca no comércio exterior. A simples locação de um container que outrora custava U$ 300,00 , hoje custa inacreditáveis U$ 7.000,00. 

4) MUDANÇA GLOBAL:

A Tendência e Cenário para 2021 principal para ser refletida é: não depende unicamente de milagres de Bolsonaro, Dória, Presidente dos Estados Unidos, da China ou qualquer Governo da Europa, a Pandemia veio justamente para mostrar sua força de Criatividade, Empreendedorismo e Atitude.
