This is at the Jack Miner Homestead at Heritage Village.  You will Dale ask for someone to sit in the rocking chair.  At 7.5 seconds, a very faint voice (amplified on this recording) says, "Here I Come" which Dale barely hears. He then asks the spirit to make another noise.
