Next up on the Breathecast, bringing with him a sumptuous selection of sonic soul food is Other World Music boss and Cardiff legend, DJ Guy. A well-versed champion of the UK underground, Guy gives us a glance into his record collection spanning 30+ years. 

His instalment contains an uplifting and pensive concoction of House, Hardcore, Acid and Disco; put together with all the trappings, unique energy and fervour that has underpinned Guy’s career. 

The mix dips it’s proverbial toe into the many sets we’ve seen over the years by the diminutive master, with his vinyl driven, crossfader flicking mannerisms becoming exceedingly well documented (and rightly so) since his epic Boiler Room set in 2017.

@Damo-B has been involved in the music scene in Manchester for the last 20 years or so. Heavily involved in pirate radio back in the late 1990's not only as a DJ but also part of the staff team that secured a legal license for the station now known as Unity Radio 92.8 fm, the real sound of the city.
He is the longest serving Dj on the network and his weekly 2 hour mix show is the only dedicated platform for deep house, techno and electro in the North West of England, helping to break brand new music and artists from all over the globe. A highly respected tastemaker and technically gifted Dj whose mixing skills are second to none, a true Dj's Dj. Recently appearing in the DJ Magazine with his featured artist top 10.
Damo B is also a resident Dj for the respected Bohemian Grove night in Manchester, besides, he was seen playing along side  Levon Vincent, Keith Worthy, Amir Alexander, Jane Fitz , Patrice Scott, Chris Mitchell & Amir Alexander, Perseus Traxx, Chicago Skyway, Steven Tang, Mike Huckaby, Miles Sagnia and many more!
Currently running his bi monthly 'Nothing but the truth' events at the legendary Eastern Bloc record store, where he has been joined by the likes of Steven Rutter B12 (Warp Records, B12 & FireScope Records), John Shima (FireScope Records, Subwax Bcn, Common Dreams, Distant Worlds), Auto Sound City (Toni Aslam & Alex Handley) & Iron Blu ( Weapons Of Desire , Somewhere In The North), Murf Woram (Superfreq, The End)
Not happy with just being a Dj, Damo has now delved into the world of music production, alongside with his long time friend and sometimes Dj partner Toni Aslam they are collectively known as Nom De Plume. Their first digital release on S.I.N was the 'A Form of Poison E.p which was received very well.

Takeshi Kouzuki returns to ALLEY VERSION label for sharing with the brothers duo FLML, the split mini-LP “Tracks From The Alley”.

From his early cult releases for Mathematics Recordings, Takeshi Kouzuki, as in these new tracks, keeps crossing old school house with his recognizable classy signature.
The warm but hitting acid of “福”, opens the Takeshi Kouzuki’s side, while in the second track “1986” deep-and-dark synthetic magic atmospheres are driven by the beating of the twins TR707 and TR727 drum machines. “Yellowacid” burns in its acid-jackin’ madness.

Openig FLML’s side “Hot Spread” is obscure jackin’ techno mechanical psychedelia, the following “Jack That Strings” is a pure raw windy city deep‘n’acid track. In the closing “Does Mean It’s You” a freaky FM synth melody is driven by the pulsing of liquid and creepy analog synths and drums, while an 8-bit sampled Andy Warhol’s speaking fragment marks the space, until dies in a delay feedback.

“Tracks From The Alley” is released exclusively on limited 12” vinyl.
