This song was written to be looked at from many different viewpoints. The Jungle talked about in the song can be a jungle full of animals, or, it can also be ones own personal jungle. It can be a jungle of drugs. Some look at the world it self to be a jungle these days. It can also be looked at from a Religious point of view. Maybe even War! Take your pick, but above all, enjoy the song, and have a GREAT DAY! :-)

RUN FROM THE JUNGLE

This song was inspired through observation. This man finally got to see his son again after not being able to do so for about 11 years. He kept telling his son how much he loves him and cares about him. Questionable, as when it was time for the boys Birthday Party, his Dad was out getting drunk instead of blowing up even one Balloon. I found that a bit questionable, but good old Alcohol does strange things to a lot of people.

Please let me say right out of the gate, that I am in no way trying to rip off any of Roy Orbison's songs. I borrowed these 3 songs, and wrote my own Lyrics as my personal tribute to Roy Orbison. The music is not off of any of his sound tracks, I did them myself. I have a lot of favorite singers, and the number has grown over a period of 45 some odd years. Still, Roy still remains my #1 favorite of all time, and he has all my respect. This is just my way of paying a small tribute to a fellow Songwriter, Musician and Entertainer that deserves the best regard in the music industry. This ones for you Roy, and I know you're listening.

CAUSE OF YOU

Once again, this is not an attempt to rip off any music done by Elvis Presley. He did this song many, many years ago and I got the idea one day to change the words around and make a Comedy out of it. Kind of like, "Weird Al" Yankovic you might say. Just meant to be a funny take off of this good old song.

POLLUTION

This song was inspired and written about a young lady who lost her mother in a fire accident when she was very young. She saw the accident happen, and it did a lot of Emotional and Psychological damage to her. As a result, she never grew up emotionally and was not able to function properly in a lot of ways once she became an adult. A very sad story!

This is a total collection of the 58 songs I've written over a period of the last 44 years. I am always working towards improvements here and there on some of the songs in hopes
of making them sound just that much better. I have loved all kinds of music since I was a young boy, and the depth of that love has certainly gotten deeper over these years.
