Early Morning breakfast made in a decade-old kitchen. Breakfast consists of a grilled cheese sandwich and a hot tea with milk. This audio records the process of making the breakfast in the kitchen; from defrosting the bread to pooring the boiling water in a glass cup.

This is a short snippet of my attempt to unearth the story of my idol, Pulitzer Prize Investigative Journalist Maggie Michael. I tell you her story about the road to Pulitzer and uncovering atrocities in the ongoing Yemen Civil War.
