Pablo Piña Hernandez aka Sainte Vie is an electronic music producer, sound engineer, and founder of Akumandra. He is based in NYC and has a deeply emotional sound with rich synth designs. 

All that is evident here with Fear laying up the rolling drums, icy hi hats and epic leads. It's full of late night menace with the drums locking you in as the synths unfold in poetic fashion.
