AYIM is an emerging talent from Amsterdam’s underground, known for her unique blend of psy,  techno, and atmospheric soundscapes. 
As a DJ, producer, and co-founder of KØLT,  she’s quickly gaining recognition for her dynamic sets, characterized by rolling basslines and a deep, introspective energy that captivates audiences both locally and internationally.
Her sound draws inspiration from minimal psytrance and techno, weaving together hypnotic rhythms and ethereal melodies.

AWHM at KØLT: King's Day - April 26th 2025

 Showcasing the sound of AWHM over the passed 18 months, this DJ set is comprised of 100% self produced and collaborative productions, both released and unreleased. Born and raised away from the metropolitan environment, AWHM originated from the Australian capital of Canberra - before embarking on a permanent migration to Berlin in 2019 where he has embraced the opportunity to refine his sonic direction. A dedicated consumer and creator of trance music, AWHM’s production style draws clear influence from old school goa, psytrance, jungle breaks, and tekno, most easily recognised by his ability to combine driving basslines, hypnotic rhythms, and scattered percussions to transport audiences through uncharted psychedelic realms of fast trance music. Evolutionary by nature, he’s managed to leverage extensive experiences that led to a self-taught studio process which now stands out in one of the more niche corners of electronic music.

Kay has supported notable artists such as Mama Snake, Schacke, Neri J, Blue Hour, and DJ Spit. Her skill and dedication behind the decks earned her landmark mix invitations from industry leaders like Boiler Room and CRUDE Berlin before she relocated to Amsterdam in 2023.  That year marked a major step up for Kay, as she made her SÄULE (Berghain) debut with CRUDE Berlin—delivering a performance that instantly secured her an ongoing residency with the Berlin label.
