Daniel Kemmett first discovered an interest in music when he came across the Music DJ app on the Sony Ericsson K800i smartphone, while he would play around and combine different audio loops, it was hearing the dark underground sounds of U.K. Grime and Dubstep that influenced him to dive deeper into music production. In 2010, he signed up to Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies, where he learned how to use Propellerhead Reason 4 and has been playing around with Reason ever since. In 2020, he took the name Danception and has developed his own versatile style creating Dubstep, Liquid Drum & Bass and Electronic Dance Music.
