1.- How and where was the mix recorded?

I recorded the session at home last Thursday morning. I had been sick during the week, but on Thursday, I woke up feeling great and thought it was the perfect moment to record it.

2.- Can you tell us about the idea behind the mix?

Honestly, what drives me to record a podcast is discovering new tracks. I don’t mean newly produced tracks, but rather recently discovered ones that haven’t been widely used on the dance floor yet.
Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know two Canary Islands-based producers, Rancel and Ritacco, whose work has been a great source of inspiration for me.
Normally, I start my podcasts with a lower BPM and gradually increase it, but whether the music is fast or slow, it’s always meant for dancing.

3.- What are you up to next? Projects, ideas…

I have several projects in progress. I’ve started collaborating on two music tracks that are currently in the works. On the other hand, I have many important gigs and sessions coming up, both in and outside of Valencia. I’m happy and excited!
Right now, I’m fully dedicated to music, which is something I had never done before, and it’s very fulfilling.
There’s something else I’m working on, but I’d rather not talk about it until it’s fully confirmed.

4.- Lastly, for you, what is Dance, Shake, Swing!?

It’s a Barcelona-based label where many of my friends produce music, and I feel very musically connected to them.
