I can't help but smile when I listen to this mix. It's the set I played at the Lust for Dust 10th Anniversary party in Calgary, which was thrown by the incredible Hippo Love crew.

I played earlier in the evening so I kept it bouncy and fun with a butt load of remixes and throw-back classics. I dare you not to dance when you listen to it!

He was taken down by a wave that bent his spine and left him a quadriplegic. He now lives in a care facility in San Fernando Valley, CA and he continues to be a powerful inspiration to his community of friends and family.

He lives in Los Angeles and talks about music while other people talk about sports and stuff. Anyway he’s real good and plays a lot of diverse styles. Like all nostalgic, but sometimes downtempo and psychedelic and sometimes uptempo and disco-y. You should check him out.
