Five years ago we celebrated our first Intermission event with our dear guest @Cuthead & you at the wonderful Disco Zwei! Even though it's been quieter here lately, we're still pushing our project behind the scenes and planning a lot for the (near) future. To celebrate five years of Intermission and finally give you something to dance to again, we'd like to revive our podcast series with a mix from our residents Borlowski & Lupé, who also launch their new B2B project called Joy of Giving with this episode.

This time we invited our friends Lupé (@lup-4) and @Borlowski. Together they form the duo Joy of Giving. They’re also part of Mannheim-based party collective and label @Intermission68, which just released a sick LP with Cuthead & LSW. Take a listen.

A fun 2-hour set played during sunset in Mannheim at an Open Air. Mostly House, some Breaks, some Bass.
We were really happy with this ride - although it got a bit wild towards the end to really get the dancefloor going. 🛸

Wir begrüßen den wunderbaren Lupé in unserem Team. Den gebürtige Saarbrückener zog es 2016 für sein Studium nach Mannheim, wo wir den Modefreak mit Vorliebe für zeitgenössisches Design im Nachtleben kennen lernten. In seinen Sets spielt er gerne Garage und Acid House und liebt die Interaktion mit den Gästen. Zu seinen musikalischen Einflüssen zählt er David Bowie, Talking Heads und Hardrive.

Zu seinem Einstand hat er einen heißen Podcast gezaubert, den wir euch nicht vorenthalten wollen. Have fun with it!
