Diesen Satz spricht der Labelbetreiber nicht ohne Grund aus: Seine Homebase feiert in diesem Jahr nämlich seinen zehnten Geburtstag. Zu diesem runden Jubiläum veröffentlicht das Offenbacher Imprint eine zweiteilige Kollektion namens „10y of Connaisseur“. „Als wir mit dem Label anfingen, hatten wir keinen Masterplan“, betont Flitsch, „wir wollten einfach nur gute Musik herausbringen, die wir liebten.“ (...) Francesca Lombardo graces her very own Echoe imprint with an engrossing two tracker this week. The producer, noted for works on the likes of Crosstown Rebels and Berlin's Get Physical, styles a pair of scintillating cuts in  'Remembrance' and 'Never Too Far'.  The latter, which we have the pleasure of showcasing in full premiere today, centres around a tightly knit groove and a punchy drum ensemble. The surface is coated with an array of melodic touches, offering a fine collection of aural textures to envigorate. It's an evolving track that rolls in constant circles over a near nine minute trip.

Berlin based duo Dole & Kom starts the new year with the next ep on 3000Grad Records, including three originals plus three remixes from Tim Engelhardt, Green Lake Project and Mollono.Bass . We got the first play of the title track "A Thousand Dances". Athletic Groove paired with the dreamy violin play of Christine Holtz. "A Thousand Dances" will be out on January, 13th.

Montreal artist @Kora-musique takes the next steps for recently launched New York label Earthly Delights, an imprint centred on spotlighting talents pushing the boundaries of electronic blends. The Canadian producer and DJ picks up the mantle from Yor Kultura, who provided the labels first release in a three tracker titled 'Odyssey'. Kora comes to the label after the well received 'Nuit D'Afrique' and 'Ovo' on Kindisch in November. He treats Earthly Delights to two original cuts in 'Fragile' and 'Vayu'. The pair have already seen much support  from the likes of Acid Pauli, Hernan Cattaneo, Oliver Schories, as well as heavy rotation on the playa. White Ocean founder Timujin supplies the remix action, reworking his own top notch version of 'Fragile'. Today, we're very excited to present to you in full premiere 'Fragile' in its original mix. This is an incredibly emotive cut, which fuses two distant worlds in one exquisite concoction. Soft pads, beautiful rhythms and a distinct eastern vibe mark the latest footprint in the journey of the young music maker. Release date - January 16th, 2017.

Nach seinem Debütalbum „Ancient Lake“ veröffentlichte @jonassaalbach nun seinen nächsten Longplayer. „Perspective“ hat das Potenzial, “Ancient Lake” noch ein wenig zu überholen. Das Album für den Club spiegelt den typischen Sound des Produzenten wider: treibend! Zehn Werke haben es auf die Zusammenstellung gepackt, wovon die Hälfte mit Kollaborateuren entstand. Solok (gleich zweimal), Morina Miconnet, das Münchener Duo @hacker-miethig und @amberlong sowie Philipp Kempnich sind mit von der Partie. Erschienen sind die Werke am 27. März 2017 über @einmusika-recordings.

Berliners Budakid and Jonas Saalbach first played their euphoric “Nautique” collaboration at the komm schon Alter festival last summer, and it caught Eelke Kleijn’s ear who signed it to his DAYS Like NIGHTS imprint. A rather large remix of the track is reportedly in the works as well.  

“Nautique” is released tomorrow, February 22nd.
