A malevolent obscurity is followed by a sentimental melancholy drifting towards a deep journey into the introspection and the subconscious. It constantly emerges into the horrific and ritualistic soundscape of cryptic techno, of ancient tribal images, and of industrial dystopian visions, all melancholy is then shattered for having embraced evilness.
Giuseppe Sciretti, better known as Nigh/T\mare Alias, is an Italian DJ, producer, and live performer who is based in Puglia (South Italy). In 2017, he released a solo EP on the Bulgarian label DVNTT, and the following year, he made his vinyl debut with "Hypnagogia" on Thrènes records after also releasing music on labels like Voidance, Depth Request, and Borders Of Known. Blame Rec, VuMantra... in 2021, he released his first 2x12" album, "Katharsis," on the label that is now called Thrènes, and in 2022, he released "Ceremony" on Forbidden Teachings, which led to numerous collaborations with international musicians like Pact Infernal, Torn Relics, Alexey Volkow, LAIR, Prophàn, Killawatt, and many others.

Laura Coch is an unyielding stimulus of harmony, offering a contemporary vision of the magnificent, mesmerizing, and alluring balance that emerges from the combination of analog sounds and drum machines, revitalizing the unalterable dynamic of the underground music scene.

Since her beginnings, she has contributed to the resurgence of electro on dance floors across Mexico with an irreverently creative spirit, futuristic synthesized melodies, and a visual aesthetic rooted in the minimalism of the 2000s. By fusing club sounds from the most delirious and forceful styles with a subtly fervent elegance and a wildly loyal synergy, her work as a DJ translates into a frenzy that unleashes immersive atmospheres in unbridled euphoria and rhythmically percussive, energy-charged patterns.

Currently based in Mexico City, after a prolonged stay in Tijuana and holding a residency at the legendary Club Wherehouse, the frenetic rhythm of her environment, amid the international success of the Mexican scene and an attractive sound curation of local parties, has allowed Laura the space to explore the spirit of her creativity on the fringes of Acid, EBM, Breakbeat, and Techno. Laura boldly led an advance of contemporary electro that has openly and explicitly rebelled against conventions by curating a series of broadcasts and mixtapes from Whereabouts, a record label she co-founded in San Diego, California, which simultaneously operated as a radio show and motivated her to establish her most recent and ambitious project, “Global Harmony Traxx.” This label aims to fiercely extend her musical focus worldwide, alongside those who produce some of the boldest tracks in her sets and like-minded enthusiasts. This goal materialized through her debut track "I Feel It" with The Egyptian Lover, released in 2023.

Dalmata Daniel's third LP comes from Rapha, marking his return to the label after contributing to its split and compilation series. Known for bold acid treatments and dark, futuristic tones, Rapha takes his craft to new heights on Midnight Dancer, which also features remixes by CT Kidobó and PRZ.

The album opens with 'I Win U Win', pulling listeners into an adventure of pulsing basslines and cosmic, minimal electro. CT Kidobó’s remix then twists it into a darker, seductive French-inspired club sound. The third track, '...And Them', continues the journey of the opener with mechanical beats and textured soundscapes, while 'Alien Dance' highlights Rapha's signature sharp, distinct style—leaving a strong mark on the deep electro club scene.

On the flip side, 'Midnight Dancer' plunges into a hypnotic realm of haunting echoes and distorted rhythms, with heavy basslines reverberating through the darkest corners of the mind. PRZ’s remix of the title track retains the original groove but adds a cleaner, equally impulsive electro edge—perfect for the club. The album’s final tracks, 'Lost Start' and 'Galactico', round off the journey with shimmering electro patterns and eerie, alien soundscapes, leaving an unforgettable impression.

In Midnight Dancer, Rapha showcases his ability to blend industrial grit with cosmic melodies, delivering hard-hitting electro suited for both club play and immersive listening at home or on a night ride. Be warned—DDLP03 is limited to 150 copies, housed in a Studio Jetski-designed jacket with a digital download card and shrink wrap.

If Galaxy Lane’s first EP didn’t send the portals of time and space upside down, then the second EP will throw you down a vortex of hypnotic grooves juxtaposed with eerily erratic rhythms built in outer space. The first of two EP’s to be trusted in the hands of Lone Romantic, ‘Night’ and ‘Later That Night’ will explore the concept of capturing moments in time. Maybe Galaxy Lane can best summarise... “I want people to really feel the mistakes in this music, the dirt, the rough and raw approach, the ‘sitting on the floor surrounded by wires at 3am messing with synths’ approach. That to me is the magic of this music, the interaction of man and machine, to hear the nuances, the tweaking of knobs and pushes of faders. I think we have lost that somewhat with digital technology, and have lost a lot of feeling in the process.

‘Night’ will propel the listener into ethereal textures layered over rough and raw beats, as outlined on opening track ‘Deep Space Nine’. If that sets you up for thinking this will be a dreamy ride, ‘Communication’ hits hard at the rear of the spaceship, coming at you with intergalactic bleeps, zaps and back cracking rhythms made for getting down.
