This solo piece for clarinet & tape was composed by a friend of mine back in 2006 (maybe 07). She is Turkish and this piece is inspired by some of the music from her home country. However, the composer does not consider this to be programmatic music.

I like to think that my sound and style are influenced by several genres mainly classical, pop, jazz, klezmer, and hip hop. I hope to become a modern day Benny Goodman lol. I'm shootin for it anyway.
