Jazzy B was written in an attempt to explore the sonic history of my home region of Latin America and more specifically the trail and influences of African rhythms into and throughout the americas. Drawing large influence from the Cuban folk genre Guajira, Jazzy B plays as an audio journey from the acoustic roots of the genre to a contemporary interpretation that incorporates aspects of Guajira's many descendant genres.

My language is an unorthodox love song about communication and honesty. It speaks of taking pride in the sense of agency afforded to those willing to embrace their reserved disposition. A sparse psychedelic soundscape, the music compliments the lyrical themes of compromise and instinct.

A litte taster of an EP. A few tracks I recently finished,  and an insight into my most recent motif of existential enviormental guilt. Leaving back something better for those who come after us was an essential directive where i grew up.. and I refuse to let the apathy that sometimes surrounds me change that.
