Before I made music, my brother introduced me to two electronic artists. One of them is named Blackmill and his track “Lucid Truth” was the first track I’ve ever heard and the first electronic track I’ve ever heard. I immediately fell in love with this tune because I always loved instrumental music. After listening, I went into GarageBand on my iPad and tried to recreate it the best I can. It wasn’t perfect, but my brother was amazed at how quickly I was able to recreate it (his words not mine). After that, I started making music and never stopped since then. I think I was 14 at the time. Now I’m 26 years young and still love the original track. Once in a blue moon a track will come along and take you somewhere you’ve never been before. A euphoric place that feels endless. That’s what this track did for me. I hope I did this track justice and thank you to Blackmill for creating this masterpiece and the whole album at that. You’ve literally inspired me and plenty of others who shared the same experience.
