One of my prime resolutions this year was to commit a worthy tribute to a universe which has incessantly accompanied me through the years, going as far back as memory permits.

I still remember encountering the world of 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑 for the very first time, watching it in the early 80's shortly after it came out on VHS.

That world haunts me to this day, largely due to 𝐕𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐒' exquisite and moving score.

For the successive 40 years nothing has come close to its pristine perfection. Truly foundational and inspirational for my musical and artistic endeavors.

My quest in covering the 𝘔𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘮𝘦 and the 𝘌𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘪𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴 was to come as close as possible to the original work. Through tedious dissection ― peeling back layer after layer of sonic texture and watching / reading countless tutorials online, I have hopefully managed to capture at least an ounce of the spirit of the original work, also adding a...  more

DANGEROUS DAYS is a music project of creator Philip Pace.

The debut single was self-released on Tuesday 18th May 2010 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Joy Division’s legendary lead singer Ian Curtis’ tragic death. The single was released in a limited number of 30 copies only, but is now also available for FREE DOWNLOAD at the French netlabel Zorch Factory Records.

On 29th December 2011 the EP entitled ‘IN THE STARS’ was released in a strictly limited number of a few CD-R’s. It was ‘a fleeting impression, a celestial suite… for nocturnal listening only, to be played loud.’

The following (and final) EP closing the ‘Trilogy’ entitled ‘THE MARRIAGE OF [1H]EAVEN & [2HE]L’ was self-released on 18th May 2013. It was released following the ‘Blakean’ tradition of enumerating each individual issue with a single letter of the English alphabet, hence in a strictly limited number of 26 hand-signed copies. It is also available as a digital download via bandcamp.com and for a listen on soundcloud.com.

DANGEROUS DAYS to wrocławski projekt twórcy ukrywającego się pod pseudonimem Philip Pace.
Debiutancki singiel ukazał się we wtorek, 18 maja 2010, w celu uczczenia 30 rocznicy śmierci Iana Curtisa – legendarnego wokalisty Joy Division. Wydany został w ściśle limitowanym nakładzie 30 kopii, lecz dostępny jest również do ściągnięcia ze strony netlabela Zorch Factory Records.

29 grudnia 2011 ukazała się EPka ‘IN THE STARS’ w ilości zaledwie kilku sztuk. Była to swego rodzaju ‘przemijająca impresja, pozaziemska suita, nokturn do głośnego słuchania tylko nocą…’ 

Kolejna ostatnia już EPka zamykająca i tworząca ‘trylogię’ z poprzedniczkami o tytule ‘THE MARRIAGE OF [1H]EAVEN & [2HE]L’ ukazała się 18 maja 2013. Płyta została wydana (zgodnie z praktyką Blake’owską) w limitowanej liczbie 26 sztuk, każda płyta kolejno ręcznie oznaczona literą angielskiego alfabetu. Dostępna jest również do odsłuchu i ściągnięcia online.
