Dream With You

Dangerpenny are known for their blistering live energy vocalising love, free speech, rebellion, passion, rage and individuality through music packed with intense and involved live shows. The group is quickly gaining a reputation on the East Coast of Australia as an alternative powerhouse in music and performance, whilst subconsciously provoking the human experience in deeper motives intertwined in their songs.

The past 2 years was a large leap forward for the band, supporting the likes of The Gooch Palms, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, The Chats, Andrew Stockdale and ECCA VANDAL to name a few. Emerging with 3 powerful singles beginning with the uplifting joyride ‘Way of life’ to the release of their darker and more progressive 'Wash' then popping ear-worm 'Happy Place' towards the second half of the year, the quartet continued to display their limitless and unrestrained style and soundscape.

Every lap around the sun has proven Dangerpenny to evolve their sound ,and through their individual experiences time has given them the inspiration to delve further into their innovative writing. 2018 has earned them a wild set at Ozfest, and main support for British India.
