Way back when we worked on Vigilance (2010), I had a thing for playing a piano track and playing around with reverb and rewind settings. 
This was one we kinda used in the project.

The Volcano spewed flame angrily, as She thought to herself, "What can I do?"
A voice behind her answered, "What would you do?"

And then, the light came back.
