Each month of 2025, a recording will be released from one of the artists who has joined and played at The Gathering events and other guests who are part of the Gathering community :-)

A humble tribute to appreciate their talent and music.

With a huge variety of styles, nationalities, and personal stories, we all share a single and unifying goal: to spread joy through the power of music.

About the artist: 

Educator by day, DJ by night. Simone, aka Sdrumbi (IG: @sdrumbilambi), has been passionate about music since childhood. He was introduced to the world of electronic music in Copenhagen during his master's studies. A highly eclectic DJ, he began with Northern European melodic techno but expanded his repertoire to include tropical, Latin, and African rhythms, thanks to his international work experiences as an international aid worker. 

He is the co-founder of Electropicál (IG: @_electropical), a project born to bring new and exotic sounds to the Milanese music scene and to promote a more caring and inclusive way of clubbing, for "Clubbing con Amore" is it's motto. He is also part of the international DJ collective based in Copenhagen, called "The Gathering" (IG: @the_gathering_collective_kbh), playing in different events for the last 2 years and being the headliner of this unique playlist.

About the set:

This set was based on the hope that the sun would be shining all day long. And it did! Enjoy this fun mix of African and Latin sounds that will make you dance whether it's sunny or rainy, whether you're happy or blue.

About the artist and music:

With a passion for music that spans all genres, Jorge (aka IG: GeorgeBOX), has been moving his feet on dancefloors for over two decades. Known for his pure taste and long mixes, he has played at clubs and festivals around the world. 

From high-energy techno sets that keep the crowd pumped, to smooth downtempo that set the mood, GeorgeBOX is one of the co-founders of The Gathering Collective København and one of its resident DJs. With a deep knowledge of music history, GeorgeBOX blends classic tracks with fresh new beats to create this unique "Afro-deep" set, with the name 'Casablanca', as a small tribute to a special connection. About the artist:

RO (IG: @w____cr_) is a DJ and creative based between Kraków and Copenhagen. Her sound is a fusion of tech house, progressive house, and bouncy techno, where pulsating grooves meet cheeky, offbeat elements, creating an atmosphere that is both electrifying and irresistibly fun. 

She thrives on blending energetic beats with rolling basslines, ensuring that every set is a journey of rhythm, movement, and joy. Drawing inspiration from cheeky 2000s dance music, deep house grooves, and UK bassline, RO constantly explores new directions, keeping her sets fresh and exciting. 

Since making her mark on the Copenhagen music scene in 2024, she has been an active force in the city's underground electronic movement, bringing her energy to The Gathering (IG: @the_gathering_collective_kbh) and BLISS (IG: @blisscph) music collectives. 

Her sets are a celebration of sound—radiating sunshine and high spirits—designed to uplift, energize, and, above all, make people smile and dance. As a former performance dancer, she loves to engage with the crowd. Whether behind the decks in an intimate setting or igniting a packed dance floor, RO’s ultimate mission is simple: to spread good vibes and keep the crowd moving until the very last beat.

About the artist:

Daniel is a dedicated Spanish musician who started studying the clarinet at the age of 7 in Madrid, spending a decade at the conservatory. Since moving abroad in 2014, he has been inspired by the electronic music scenes in Denmark and Germany, forming connections with other music lovers. In 2022, he began his creative journey, blending electronic beats with folkloric influences from African, Arabic, and Latin cultures. In 2023, he co-founded The Gathering Collective in Copenhagen to promote community through music events. Daniel performs in various cities, evolving his sound from melodic downtempo to deep progressive techno, focusing on energizing dancefloors with deep beats and melodies.

About the artist:

Ama Lien is a Copenhagen-based DJ crafting psychedelic journeys through progressive house, dub-infused techno, percussive grooves, cheeky breaks, and bass-driven sounds. A member of the Paella Cósmica and Movida collectives, she blends global influences with a playful, trippy energy that moves both body and mind.

Cologne-based DJ_Service is always determined to be the servant of the crowd playing multi-genre, soft edges, bright colors, heavy groove track selections.The vibe: playful, cheeky, and a little unpredictable—like a plot twist you can dance to. Every set is hand-stitched and joy-forward: clever edits, curveball selects, and transitions that catch you pleasantly off guard (then keep you there). He reads the room with a light touch and a pilot’s calm, nudging hips first, hearts next. No overthinking—just that “ohhh!” moment when the floor pops.

Radio Gathering 08 - DJ_Service

About me:
Daniel is a passionate Spanish musician who began his musical journey at the age of 7, dedicating a decade to studying at the conservatory in Madrid with the clarinet as his primary instrument. Since moving abroad in 2014, he has been influenced by the vibrant electronic music scenes in Denmark and Germany, connecting with a diverse circle of friends who share a love for various electronic genres. 

This rich exposure has led him to start his musical creative journey in 2022, adopting a unique style influenced by his extensive and versatile musical background, blending electronic beats with folkloric vocals and rhythms from African, Arabic, and Latin cultures.

In 2023, he co-founded The Gathering Collective in Copenhagen, aiming to share his love for music and foster community connections through events at various local venues. Daniel also performs small gigs in multiple cities, continuing to evolve his sound, ranging from melodic downtempo to dark and deep progressive techno, emphasizing deep beats and melody as a core principle in his music, crafting immersive musical experiences.
