Maria is a tribute to Sonia Bazante Vides (1 August 1940, Colombia), also known as Totó la Momposina. Totó's entire life has been dedicated to representing the music of Colombia’s Caribbean coastline. As a singer, dancer and teacher she embodies that fertile place where Colombia’s African, Indigenous Indian and Spanish cultures mingle to create a unique musical tradition. Totó is not only its greatest interpreter but also a restless innovator.

Maria tries to combine elements of the Colombian musical heritage using African, Indigenous and Spanish instruments such as Guitars, Tambores and Flutes. Toto's voice leads the track and tells the story of Maria, a wonderful mother. The electronic vibes and elements combine history with modern music.

Yoh Ah Ah is the 2nd EP from Swiss and South African producers Dandara and Hesselberg. 2 years since their debut release on Nazca Records, they have joined forces again. 2 very different songs share a few common features. Neither song fits simply into any box. Each contains a diverse landscape of riffs, textures, unexpected moments, happy sounds, darker moods and always keeping the groove alive. This is probably one of most significant projects of the Fall season (last quarter of 2025).  Been working on Black Peaches for some time now along with another "bonus" EP coming up soon.  I wanted to compile several vibes that eases the soul, a type of afro rhythm / beat mixed in with some newer style genres (ethereal, house, and hip hop); you'll definitely hear a couple of nostalgic keys.  Album will be available on Bandcamp Friday (Oct 3) as well.

Der Erlös dieses Samplers wird ohne Umwege der „Initiative Bienenretter“ vom Frankfurter Institut für Nachhaltige Entwicklung (FINE) zugutekommen. Dieses Bildungsprojekt lehrt nicht nur die urbane Imkerei um neuen Lebensraum für Bienen zu schaffen, sondern macht in Vorträgen auch darauf Aufmerksam dass unser Konsumverhalten die Ursache für das Bienensterben ist. Eingeschiffte Parasiten, der Einsatz von Pestiziden und Monokulturen in der Landwirtschaft begünstigen diesen Prozess, der nicht nur zum Aussterben der Bienen führen, sondern letztlich auch unser Ende bedeuten könnte. Ohne Bienen wäre ein funktionierendes Ökosystem undenkbar.

Just a little reinterpreation for my 2019-Liveset @klunkerkranich :)
The original Rabenkind was a little laidback, so I wanted a more danceable/funky version. It is not thaaaat polished (just added the E-Piano I wanted to play live, changed the Kick and did some basic mixing). This release is kind of a "Thank you" for supporting me in 2020 that much :) You will see some more releases from myself and my project @bassaramusic (with the lovely @sahrabass) in the near future!

Dani Posada is a Swiss-Colombian DJ and Producer, based in Zurich and born in Bogota. HIs music is a celebration of diversity. Known for his mixing of different styles, Dani crafts sets that tell unique stories. Whether he’s closing the night, opening the floor, or driving the main time with bouncing beats and unexpected melodies, Dani’s performances try always to be memorable.

Beyond the decks, Dani’s passion extends into shaping the Swiss nightlife scene. As a co-founder of different labels, he’s played an important role in creating unforgettable experiences over the past years. He holds also a residency in Hive, Klaus and Frieda's Büxe. In 2023, he launched a groundbreaking 4-day festival in Switzerland Children of Panacea, featuring an outstanding lineup that showcased his commitment to musical diversity and community.
