Stand of LOVE

My most recently made song. This is RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW II, the second edition of a song I previously made.

In usual Dandan fashion, this was made a while back after I had a SUDDEN REVELATION in the middle of Physical Education class when I was like, damn, that one song I made could've been improved.

And I was right. This piece is a demonstration of how far I've come with my musical capabilities.

As for the narrative, this piece aims to further build upon the previous song in structure and spirit, but carry out a whole new level of emotional strength. An underlying motif that continues through the whole song should enforce a feeling of familiarity that remains a constant. 
In a way, this song would've been better called "By My Side", as a 'tragic' last stand, rather than a 'determined' one, but as this is the second version of the first song, it's better to draw a comparison between the past and present, and so it is named as it is.

In addition, there was some experimentation with instruments, such as using the "Mellow Piano", as the main melody rather than many other instruments. It created a blend of rock, and certainly made things different, albeit not as strong as an electric guitar or grand piano.
I also used a bitcrushed sinewave as a 'cushioning' throughout heavy parts of the song, that added an indescribable kind of backbone to the song. Will research more on its effectiveness.

And...youtube doesn't know this song is out yet. Those goobers will be REALLY surprised when I release THAT video...(because they won't even know from the title!!)
