I finally figured out how to make a simple beat. I know it's not much, but I've only been doing this for a total of 8 hrs now. I started watching tutorials on how to make electronic music last night. I'm happy with it, for a first try anyway! I may ad more to it later.

Here is the second remix I've done. I couldn't post the first because of copyright issues. I don't own the rights to this song either. This was just for fun. This was an acapella and I created the entire beat.

I started out making a Hip Hop beat but I think I ended up with more of a techno song. I actually didn't use any loops on this one except for the drum beat but I altered it a lot. Everything else is me hitting keys.

Im actually a graphic artist by trade, but Ive always had a passion for music. I just started learning how to produce at the end of March 2012 so Im really new to this. I enjoy the hell out of it though! My beats may not be top notch yet by any means, but it is a start. I can only improve from here on out. Im just glad Im finally figuring out how to get the music out of my head and into some speakers!
